It is recommended that G5 gel be used in conjunction with a course of G5 Organic Silicon in liquid form.

Instructions for use: apply G5 gel to the affected areas 3 to 4 times per day or more if necessary. Spread a thin layer of the gel on the skin and wait about 15 minutes without touching it. Then gently massage the area until it has all been absorbed.
